Become part of our team and develop the future with us - in a global team that embraces diversity and equal opportunities.\nResponsibilities:\nShape BASF’s future planning landscape by further developing our Supply Chain Planning Framework on OMP\n\nDevelop, maintain & monitor interfaces for different on-premise and cloud integration scenarios\n\nManage Data Integration infrastructures and facilitate development for functional squads in the Product Family\n\nLive end-to-end-responsibility, being able to adopt to new requirements and learning new technologies within a virtual global agile team\n\nRecognize impediments within the team, identify root causes, promote discussions and drive solving the issue\n\nSupport the Product Owner in optimizing the Product Backlog as well as its refinement\n\nBring in new ideas / solutions and drive innovation within the Product Team\n\nLead and instruct usage of AI-driven efficiency-boosting tools, in development, communication, and management of teams in the organization. Develop and introduce customized enhancement to these tools if needed.\n\nMentor exchange with an individual about knowledge, skills/technologies and personal experiences with the aim of personal and professional development of the individual.\n\nQualifications:\nA university degree in computer science or similar.\nProficient in at least one programming language: SAP ABAP (OO), Python, R, C#\nKnowledge related to Web Services (REST, SOAP), Streaming technologies (Kafka) and/or API development\nGood knowledge & understanding of cloud-based solutions and integration scenarios connecting via Middleware (e.g. Kafka, SAP CI, SAP PI/PO...)\nExcellent communication skills in English.\nGood understanding of security, cost and efficiency implications when setting up cloud-solutions\nOpenness to new technologies, working methodologies and innovative solutions.\nExperience in full stack tools (e.g. , MS AzureDevOps)\nExperience in agile projects\nFacilitation, moderation, presentation & mentoring skills\nBasic DevOps knowledge in design, testing and debugging new functionalities\nNice to have:\nSupply Chain Planning process knowledge\nBasic Understanding of Data Modeling / Data Science & Databases\nS4 implementation experience is a plus\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nBe part of a global leader in digital transformation, working in a vibrant Digital Hub that values innovation, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
