The order monitoring team is ensuring that customer requirements are understood, analyzed and translated to IT products in an agile fashion using the SPRINT framework. The team is responsible for development and operations of the respective applications. The DevOps engineer will be part of the SPRINT development team and work on backlog items in a self-organized way.\nDesign future S4 solutions for End-to-end Order Monitoring as part of the S4 transformation projects.\nSupport development and configurement, and run complex applications in end-to-end order monitoring.\nSupport during change requests / projects, which comprises efforts estimation and design of solution. Thereafter, proceed and ensure further development, evolution, and optimization.\nDesign of possible technical solutions for subject-specific business requirements in coordination with DevOps engineers and internal business partners within BASF.\nDesign and implementation of prototypes using SAP and non-SAP technologies.\nWorking on user and system generated tickets that cannot be solved by the first level support. This comprises analysis of the issues, implementation of solutions, instructions, and training of the affected user.\nCollaboration with external partners and internal BASF customers.\nActive participation in Sprint events, proactive, self-organized pulling of tasks from an agile backlog.\nSupport of the BASF Digital roadmap, helping GDS to identify, execute and implement customer-centric digital solutions in an actionable and measurable way.\nBuild up / Maintain active a global community of power users sharing knowledge, promoting the usage of our applications, supporting rollouts, leading training sessions globally.\nSupport test applications and/or build-up automated testing internally.\nImplementation through ABAP developments and/or customizing in SAP and relevant digital applications.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nDegree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field. \nMinimum 4-6 years related working experience with SAP applications preferably at BASF. \nVery good knowledge of end-to-end order to invoice topics. \nFunctional knowledge of end-to-end order to invoice processes. \nStrong digital mindset to accelerate BASF digitalization transformation journey \nAgile mindset, self-organized way of working. \nWorking in an international environment, very good English language skills \nFunctional knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) \nStrong communication required: liaise with differing levels within BASF’s ODs and service division, translate business needs into IT requirements and leadership of end user groups \nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with S/4 HANA \nProgramming experience with ABAP OO, ABAP unit testing, SAP Fiori UI \nExperience with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban \nKnowledge of SAP SD customizing \nWHAT WE OFFER\nA secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.\nFlexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.\nLearning and development opportunities\n23 holiday days per year\n5 additional days (readjustment)\n2 cultural days\nA collaborative, trustful and innovative work environment\nBeing part of an international team and work in global projects\nRelocation assistance to Madrid provided\nAt BASF, the chemistry is right\nBecause we are counting on innovative solutions, sustainable actions, connected thinking and on you, become a part of our formula for success and develop the future with us -
