Become part of our team and develop the future with us - in a global team that embraces diversity and equal opportunities.\nResponsibilities:\n\nDevelop, operate, and continuously improve SAP Signavioworkflows, Signaviointerfacesto connected platformsand AI-enabled process solutions\n\nImplement, test, and deploy changes while ensuring stability of productive systems\n\nRespond to incidents, prioritize work items, and ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (reaction time, resolution time, availability)\n\nSupport the capture and clarification of customer and business requirements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders\n\nSupport SAP Signavioadministration, including platform configuration and user management\n\nCollaborate with training, process quality assurance, and engineering teams to improve services and operational standards\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree with a technical focus from an accredited institution\n\nSolid DevOps engineering background with minimum 5 years experience in:\n\nCloud-native, service-oriented architectures\n\nJava script\n\nPython and backend frameworks such as FastAPI\n\nBPMN 2.0 based process engines\n\nSAP BTP deployments\n\nDocker and container-based deployments\n\nCI/CD pipelines like Azure Pipelines\n\nDebugging and maintaining distributed systems\n\nBasic AI engineering knowledge, including:\n\nModel Context Protocol (MCP)\n\nAgent frameworks (e.g. Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain)\n\nExperience working in agile environments\n\nPractical experience in business process management and business process modeling using BPMN 2.0\n\nStrong analytical mindset, structured working style, and high sense of ownership\n\nFluent communication skills in English are a must\n\nNice to have (Education, Additional Qualificationsand experience):\n\nFamiliarity with LLM-based agent architectures and orchestration patterns\n\nExposure to MLOps or AI lifecycle management\n\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools in AI-heavy systems\n\nAbility to work efficiently under pressure and in globally distributed, multicultural teams\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\n\nBe part of a global leader in digital transformation, working in a vibrant Digital Hub that values innovation, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
