Support - A/EDA Merak Site\nGeneral Purpose:\nTo support continuous improvement of Environmental and Occupational Health Management Systems in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations\nTo contribute to the development and implementation of environmental management programs, including waste management, pollution prevention, resource conservation, and environmental compliance\nTo contribute to occupational health initiatives by promoting employee well-being, industrial hygiene monitoring, health surveillance, and workplace health risk management\nMain Responsibility:\nEnvironmental related: \nEnsure ccompliance with environmental regulations, permits, and company standards.\nMonitor and manage waste, wastewater, air emissions, hazardous materials, and other environmental aspects.\nConduct environmental inspections and audits to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.\nCoordinate environmental monitoring activities and maintain required records\nTake responsibility as the coordinator for hazardous waste handling in Merak Site such as:\nHazardous waste (LB3) handling in TPS B3\nElectronic reporting in SIMPEL for hazardous waste (Speed)\nMonitor the implementation of hazardous waste handling\nEnsure compliance of hazardous waste handling to Indonesia regulation and BASF regulation\n\nPrepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory authorities (PROPER) and management\nDevelop and implement occupational health programs and initiatives\nCoordinate employee medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, special, and return-to-work assessments)\nMonitor workplace health risks including chemical, biological, ergonomic, and physical hazards.\nCoordinate industrial hygiene monitoring activities such as noise, dust, illumination, heat stress, and air quality assessments.\nSupport health surveillance programs and maintain employee health records in compliance with applicable regulations.\nPromote health awareness campaigns, wellness programs, and disease prevention initiatives.\nParticipate in emergency drills involving environmental spills, chemical exposure, and health emergencies.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual EHSS performance reports.\nTrack environmental and occupational health KPIs.\nEnsure document control requirements are met.\nQualification:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Science, Public Health, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, or related field.\nExperience:\n1-2 years of experience in Environmental, Occupational Health, or EHSS functions.\nOther Competencies :\nSound technical knowledge \nHigh level of initiative to get the work done\nAnalytical thinking and troubleshooting\nReporting method, computer & program
