The Engineering Manager drives process optimization, continuous improvement, quality performance, and operational excellence while supporting the site's safety, reliability, and business objectives.\nThe department consists of approximately 20 employees, including process engineers, laboratory professionals, and hourly quality personnel. Reporting directly to the Site Director, the Engineering Manager serves as a member of the site leadership team and collaborates closely with operations, maintenance, technology, commercial, and supply chain functions.\nProcess engineering and quality management are critical drivers of manufacturing performance, making this role essential to the site's ability to achieve its operational, business, and financial objectives. As a member of the site leadership team, the Engineering Manager partners closely with operations and maintenance leaders to help establish and execute the site's strategic direction.\nThis position also serves as a vital link between the site and key corporate functions.
