All transactions should be process according to the established work instruction and process definition according to global guideline.\nEnsure that tasks are performed within Service Level Agreement (SLA) stated in Service Responsibility Matrix.\nEnsure the accuracy and the completeness of the transaction processed and to manage correction action is performed when necessary.\nAttend to request or inquiry via generic mailbox within SLA timeline\nHave knowledge on tax fundamental to support the verification of invoices before further processes based on country practices, also identifying withholding tax, VAT and GST requirement before invoice booking.\nLiaise with the BASF business units and local companies on issues not limited to FCM community but also includes Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Treasury, HR Services, Master Data and Suppliers etc.\nMonitor & perform GRIR clearing on a monthly basis.\nFollowing up with top vendor accounts of statement of accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis.\nPerform vendor’s audit confirmation on timely basis.\nSupport Senior Analyst to perform aging analysis (aging/debit balances).\nQuality and Continuous Improvement\nIdentify and recommend new idea / solutions to Specialist/Expert & Managers for continuous improvement opportunities.\nSupport regional and global project improvements activity e.g. involve in User Acceptance Test and Training\nFrequent cooperation outside BASF Group:\nBASF’s Suppliers\nExternal auditors\nFrequent cooperation within internal BASF Group\nCounterparts in local company and end-users from various Operating division.\nCross function teams within BSSCKL\nManager, senior analyst and peers within Finance Delivery teams\nOther support functions within BSSCKL e.g. Control, Project, Quality & Compliance (PQC) team, Corporate Audit teams.\nEducation & Working Experience:\nDegree in accounting, finance or business administration, with 0 to 2 years relevant work experience.\nReputable Knowledge and understanding of P2P and accounting functions.\nExternal experience in a shared service or business process outsourcing will be preferable\nTechnical & Professional Knowledge:\nProficiency in English with good communication and writing skills\nExperience working in an SAP work environment\nPreferably with additional language skill.
