improvements within a dynamic, international environment.\nHow Will You Do It:\nSupply Planning:\nDevelop and manage supply plans, schedules, and orders in SAP based on demand and inventory positions\nConvert planned requisitions into purchase orders, track order confirmations, and monitor execution progress\nEnsure material availability and optimize inventory levels through KPI monitoring and forward projections\nManage obsolete inventory disposition in alignment with business guidelines\nMaintain and update SAP master data (planning parameters) to ensure data accuracy and system reliability\nCollaborate closely with global supply planners and cross-functional stakeholders across regions and time zones\nValue Chain Workflow Coordination:\nProcess and record goods receipts in SAP to ensure accurate inventory and transaction postings\nFacilitate value chain workflows, supporting decision-making and process execution\nTransfer and maintain workflow outputs in SAP and other relevant systems\nCross-functional Coordination:\nCollaborate with SCM, Procurement, and external partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations\nProactively identify and manage supply disruptions, coordinating mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders\nOther Responsibilities:\nMonitor logistics costs (including filing, packaging, shipping, distribution, and demurrage) and track monthly trends\nProvide backup support for SCM team members during planned and unplanned absences\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects\nPrepare and maintain reports to support planning and performance monitoring\nWhat We Look For:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering, or Business Administration (any bg can be considered,\n0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or related field (or “relevant internship/academic exposure”)\nProficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nKnowledge of SAP systems (preferred)\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with virtual teams and global stakeholders\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines\nHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in planning and execution\nAdaptability and flexibility to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic
