As a specialized service unit we ensure a high level of customer orientation and we design our services to be cooperative, efficient and future-oriented.\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT\nJoin our team for 4-6 months as an intern Global HR Reporting & Campaign Support (m/f/d) and contribute to the successful execution of a global reporting campaign involving BASF group companies worldwide.\nYou support the preparation and distribution of reporting questionnaires to participating entities and help ensure a smooth reporting process by monitoring incoming submissions, tracking deadlines, and following up with reporting units when necessary.\nFurthermore, you assist in validating reported data, performing plausibility checks, and identifying potential inconsistencies.\nIn close collaboration with reporting contacts, you document inquiries, coordinate clarifications, and support the follow-up of required data corrections.\nTo provide transparency on campaign progress, you create status overviews and support the preparation of regular reports for key stakeholders and management and also contribute to the analysis of reporting results and help identify trends, anomalies, and areas requiring further investigation.\nIn addition, you maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and FAQ materials to support efficient campaign execution.\nThe preparation of presentations and management materials for reporting and project updates is also part of your responsibilities.\nBeyond the campaign activities, you gain insights into international HR Reporting processes by supporting evaluations, ad-hoc analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.\nWHAT YOU OFFER\ncurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field\ninitial experience in reporting, data analysis, HR, or project support is an advantage\nstrong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style\nexcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\nconfident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint\nstrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team\nfluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory\nWHAT WE OFFER\nFrom day one you will be part of the BASF family.\n\nYou will get involved in challenging fields of activity and have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in an interdisciplinary environment.\n\nDepending on the location of the respective group company you will get to know BASF and participate in various workshops and guided tours.\n\nIn this way you will make numerous interesting experiences and get a deep insight into the world´s leading chemical company.
