A core element of our development work is the coating of functional materials. Based on laboratory experiments, formulations and process conditions are developed to maximize product performance and establish scalable manufacturing processes.\nDuring a five- to six-month internship starting in February/March 2027, you have the opportunity to get to know BASF and make your first professional contacts. In addition, you can apply the expertise you have acquired to practical challenges. Your work will focus on the following topics:\nYou become part of a highly motivated team of experienced engineers and laboratory technicians.\nIn the development of new formulations, you support our laboratory team and apply various mixing and dispersion methods.\nYou plan and conduct coating trials using new materials.\nBased on your observations during the experiments, you derive the next experimental steps.
