As a specialized service unit we ensure a high level of customer orientation and we design our services to be cooperative,efficient and future-oriented.\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT\nAs part of our unit Business Reporting you take over the position as Junior Controller within our Intercompany Transfer Pricing Team.\nIn compliance with legal and tax regulations, internationally recognized frameworks, and BASF guidelines, you calculate, monitor, and adjust transfer prices to ensure accuracy and compliance.\n\nYou take ownership of a dedicated business area by analyzing financial statements, calculating entity-level margins, managing ad hoc requests, and conducting regular quality assurance reviews.\n\nAs a trusted business partner, you collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Controlling, while acting as a first-level escalation point to facilitate solutions and support decision-making.\n\nYou drive the continuous improvement, optimization, and automation of intercompany transfer pricing processes and contribute to effective knowledge management.\n\nLast but not least, you support colleagues and the Global Tax Department during audits and compliance activities while continuously developing your expertise within a digitally driven and innovative organization.\n\nWHAT YOU OFFER\ndegree in Business Administration or Business Informatics with a focus on Accounting/Finance or Controlling\nbackground in tax related topics and a first professional experience is a plus\nstrong understanding of financial statements including profit and loss statements\nfamiliarity with analyzing the development of financial KPIs\nstrong command of MS Office Excel is a must, initial experience in the SAP environment (R/3 or S/4HANA) or Business Warehouse systems is welcome\ngood communication skills in English, knowledge of other language is an advantage\nopenness to learn different technology applications (e. g.
