We help farmers deliver the best possible outcomes, working to achieve the balance between economic, environmental and social value creation for sustainable and efficient agriculture.\nAs a Processing Operator IV in our Parma, ID site, you will be involved in the processing of seed through one of the processing sub-departments; warehousing/receiving, conditioning, enhancement, treatment and packaging/shipping. This requires following instructions and accurately measuring seed materials necessary to fulfill the processing manufacturing orders.\nDuring your day shift as a Processing Operator IV, you will\nUnderstand and follow standard operating procedures and accredited procedures (NAL) to maintain Processing standards and global standardization.\nComply with all corporate, local, state, and federal safety policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.\nMaintain good housekeeping practices across assigned areas to support a safe work environment.\nComplete lift truck/reach truck training and safely operate equipment to move seed and other materials.\nExecute assigned processes within the PRC sub-department.\nUse basic computer and Microsoft programs, including opening and reading files, and perform SAP reporting.\nIf you have...\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent. \n1 year of manufacturing and/or Agricultural operations experience (preferred).\nAbility to gain certification (internal training) to operate a forklift and/or reach truck safely and competently.\nSAP experience (preferred).\nExperience with safe work practices.\nAre able to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays, and overtime during heavy seasons\nCreate your own chemistry with you@BASF\nAt BASF, you will have the chance to do meaningful work towards building a more sustainable future.
