If you bring your full self, challenge the obvious answer, and want to grow with a team that means it - this is your place.\nMain responsibilities\nEHS\nEnsure full compliance with applicable Thai laws and regulations, Responsible Care (RC) requirements, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, Energy Management System requirements, and company standards.\nMaintain a safe working environment and ensure all production activities are conducted in accordance with EHS requirements, operating procedures, and company guidelines.\nLead and support Process Safety Management (PSM) activities, including process risk assessment, Management of Change (MOC), and other applicable process safety programs.\nPromote safe operations, ensure adherence to EHS requirements, and support internal, external, customer, and certification audits.\nProcess Management & Product Quality\nManage and continuously optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality, productivity, efficiency, reliability, and cost competitiveness.\nEstablish, monitor, and optimize process parameters, operating conditions, and manufacturing procedures to ensure consistent product quality and process capability.\nAnalyze production and process performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive sustainable operational improvements.\nLead root cause investigations for customer complaints, process deviations, quality issues, and operational failures, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.\nTrack production performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput, reduce losses, minimize waste, and increase manufacturing efficiency.\nCoordinate with QC, Customization and others on rework management activities to ensure timely disposition and minimize business impact.\nCollaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to improve equipment reliability, availability, and overall plant performance.\nProvide process engineering support for laboratory, quality, technical, and manufacturing improvement projects.\nAPQP\nLead production-related activities for new product introduction, product transfer, scale-up, and trial batches.\nImplement and maintain APQP requirements and related production documentation i.g.
