Working closely with the Production Manager and Process/Asset Manager, you will contribute to operational performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and sustainable plant operations.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nBachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related discipline. Master's degree is an asset.\n1-3 years of experience in production environments, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.\nFluent in English.\nGood command of MS Office applications and SAP.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively across functions and communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups.\nKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence principles is a plus.\nResiding in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli or the Anatolian side of İstanbul.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nSupport the management of daily production operations and contribute to the coordination of production activities.\nMonitor production performance, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.\nSupport Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the production area.\nContribute to process and plant safety improvements in collaboration with Production and Process/Asset Management teams.\nParticipate in production trials, process optimization activities, and new product implementations.\nSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems and operational documentation.\nEnsure compliance with EHS standards, legal requirements, and internal company policies.\nCoordinate SAP-related processes, inventory counting activities, and indirect material procurement activities.\nSupport budget planning and cost control activities for the production department.\nContribute to the development and training of production employees, fostering a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.\nEnsure production assets remain available and capable of meeting operational
