production (steering, planning and coordination)\nPersonnel responsibility for rotating shift and day shift\nResponsible for supply management\nEnsuring EHSQ compliance in the plant\nResponsible for occupational safety\nResponsible for danger prevention planning\nMain Areas of Responsibilities\nResponsible for implementation of production targets\nResponsible for detailed production planning\nResponsible for planning production related tasks on shift\nResponsible for preparation of production assets for implementing technical measures, incl. release of approvals\nResponsible for coordination and alignment with other functions (supply chain, logistics etc.) and possibly external service providers\nSecuring operational conditions for equipment availability (e.g. freeze protection list)\nImplementation responsibility for all aspects concerning occupational safetyMonitoring and ensuring adherence to rules and regulations\nResponsible for implementation of risk assessments according to labor protection laws and hazardous materials regulations\nResponsible for administering plant permit system\nResponsible for executing safety instructions\nResponsible for investigating SHE incidents and implementation of preventive or corrective measures (focus accidents)\n\nCollaboration in creating safety and environment-related protection concepts (SHE assessments, inquiries into old assets, …)\nQuality assuranceResponsible for compliance with product specifications\nIn-process analytics\nResponsible for root cause analysis in case of quality deviations and implementation of preventive resp. corrective measure\n\nResponsible for defining, recording, and controlling production-related KPIs (customer satisfaction, SHE performance)\nResponsible for supply management\nInitiation of measures in case of short-term requirement changes by customers\nInitiation of countermeasures in case of unplanned asset states (e.g. obstruction, corrosion, loss of catalytic effect…)\nCollaboration in the plant modification process\nCollaboration in creating innovations\nResponsible for creating and updating operational procedures and for compliance with those procedures\nResponsible for creating and maintaining alarm plans, alarm regulations and safety operating instructions for alarm situations\nCollaboration in continuous improvement processes\nResponsible as SIMT during emergency situation+\nResponsible for executing of Generations@Work processes in the plant\nTechnical and Knowledge\nEHS, Costing, Process and Operational Expertise\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills\nEnjoy challenges and initiate new ideas to improve process \nDemonstrated ability to collaborate and establish consensus within a group or team environment.\nDemonstrated success in conflict resolution and relationship building as well as ability to establish relationships across all levels and functions of the experience in chemical manufacturing, especially in process
