To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: Build Your Career on Our Standalone Transformation).\nIn your new role, you co-design and implement a global employee share program, working with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Tax, Finance, Payroll, and external service providers to establish a compliant and scalable framework. \nYou drive the multi-country rollout of the program, translate country-specific requirements, and ensure alignment with regulatory, tax, labor law, and securities-related obligations. \nYour expertise is in demand when defining governance standards, enrollment processes, participant communications, reporting requirements, and operational procedures to ensure a consistent employee experience worldwide. \nFurthermore, you manage relationships with external brokers, plan administrators, and other vendors while monitoring program performance, compliance, participation rates, and operational risks. \nRight in the heart of things!
