You will ensure successful project execution from initiation through delivery while balancing business objectives, quality, scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder expectations.\nYou will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Solution Designers, Development Teams, Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to drive strategic transformation initiatives and ensure sustainable business value creation.\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT\nLead and coordinate complex digital transformation projects across BASF's global organization.\nDrive project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and successful delivery.\nFacilitate alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and strategic objectives.\nEstablish and maintain project governance structures and reporting mechanisms.\nManage stakeholder communication across all organizational levels.\nCoordinate cross-functional and international project teams in agile and hybrid delivery environments.\nIdentify and proactively mitigate project risks, dependencies, and obstacles.\nManage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource planning.\nSupport organizational change management and business adoption activities.\nPrepare management presentations, steering committee documents, and executive status reports.\nMonitor project performance through relevant KPIs and ensure transparency of project progress.\nContribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices within Global Digital Services.\nREQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.\nIn addition to the respective native language, (very) good command of written and spoken English.\nSeveral years of professional experience in project management within digital, IT, or business transformation environments.\nProven track record in leading international and cross-functional projects.\nExperience in agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery methods.\nExperience working with global stakeholder organizations.\nStrong expertise in project management methodologies and governance frameworks.\nSolid understanding of digital products, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives is considered an advantage.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable certifications are a plus.\nSolid experience with SAP P2P processes, including hands-on knowledge of SAP MM and FI modules.\nStrong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes, compliance, and operational best practices.\nS/4HANA implementation and roll-out experience.\nThe role may provide project leadership to international and cross-functional project teams.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nA secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.\nFlexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.\nLearning and development opportunities\n25 holiday days per year\n5 additional days (readjustment)\nA collaborative, trustful and innovative work environment\nBeing part of an international team and work in global projects\nRelocation assistance to Madrid provided\nHOW TO REACH US\nDo you have any questions about the application process or the position?
