With teams in the lab, field, office and in production, we do everything in our power to build a sustainable future for agriculture.\n#ForTheLoveOfFarming #TheBiggestJobOnEarth #AgEmployerOfChoice\nHere you can gain more insight into our Vision at BASF Agricultural Solutions!\nAs a QA/QC Coordinator, you create chemistry by...\nConducting all work in accordance with site safety procedures and supporting annual safety initiatives.\nOverseeing Non-Conformance Management (NCM) in SAP, including creation, review, auditing, reporting, and training.\nCoordinating non-conformance investigations with cross-functional teams and leading regular meetings to review investigation status and progress.\nPerforming internal quality audits in accordance with established guidelines and managing Internal Lab Auditors to ensure compliance.\nCompleting monthly QA metrics reporting by coordinating with designated production groups.\nCoordinating and managing SAP QM setups for new and existing product plans, including raw materials and finished goods.\nManaging inventory releases, including out-of-specification raw materials and finished goods.\nManaging and maintaining the Document Control System, including issuing approved revisions to Product Assurance Plans, test methods, and SOPs in accordance with established guidelines.\nCoordinating and managing off-site, long-term storage of department documents while adhering to record retention policies, and creating Certificates of Analysis upon request.Training employees on systems such as SAP, SharePoint, Lotus Notes, and other BASF intranet-based tools, while supporting Quality Data Clerk administrative functions and prioritizing additional activities based on business needs.\nIf you...\nHave a High School Diploma or equivalent.\nBring a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory setting.\nHave at least 1 year of Quality Assurance and/or Compliance experience.\nDemonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nHold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably.\nBring 4 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment, preferably.\nOffer 2 or more years of Quality Assurance and/or Compliance experience, preferably.\nHave at least 1 year of SAP experience, preferably.\nCreate your own chemistry with you@BASF\nAt BASF, you will have the chance to do meaningful work towards building a more sustainable future.
