With seeds and traits, crop protection and digital solutions, we help farmers produce food more efficiently, protect the land and meet the needs of society.\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT\nLead the planning and execution of field trials across Italy, ensuring delivery within the allocated budget and agreed timelines.\nEnsure field trial results are validated and accurately reported within established deadlines.\nOversee R&D testing facilities and their official certifications, ensuring compliance with Good Experimental Practice (GEP) and applicable national regulations.\nDrive continuous improvement in field R&D Operations by optimizing technical and digital tools and supporting the ongoing training and development of the field biologist team.\nAct as the key contact for national authorities on R&D activities and facilities, including GEP and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) matters.\nWHAT YOU OFFER\nA university degree in agriculture, natural sciences, or a related field.\nSeveral years of experience in crop protection, preferably in product research and development.\nSolid knowledge of the technical and regulatory requirements for developing crop protection products.\nDemonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.\nA proven track record of working in international and multicultural environments.\nGood working knowledge of MS Office applications and project management tools.\nExcellent knowledge of English, fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nEmployment under the Italian Chemical Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), with A1 classification.\nAn indicative gross annual salary of €80,000-€90,000, depending on your skills and relevant experience.\nPerformance-based variable bonus.\nCompany participation bonus.\nCorporate welfare program.\nCompany car for both business and personal use.\nHOW TO REACH US\nDo you have questions about the selection process or the position?
