At BASF, careers develop from opportunities.\nAbout The Role\nSynthesis and scale-up of small organic molecules / intermediates / active ingredients on milligram to multikilogram quantities\nPlanning of synthesis including retrosynthesis and literature search\nProcess development & optimization of routes to advanced intermediates/finished products (chemical, physical and preparative).\nPlanning, evaluating & documenting experiments, preparing tech transfer documents such as lab development reports, support in tolling related activities\nCollaborating with cross functional project teams such as research, analytical, safety etc.\nAdhering to BASF Environmental Health Safety (EHS), HR policies and work practices\nWhat We Look For\nPostgraduate (M.
