Become part of our team and develop the future with us - in a global team that embraces diversity and equal opportunities.\nResponsibilities:\n\nFunctional Expertise & Business Consulting -\nAdvise HR business partners on time evaluation logic, working time models, absence processes, time accounts, and country-specific regulatory requirements.\n\nTranslate complex business requirements into robust functional conceptsand guide stakeholders in process optimization.\n\nConduct fit-gap analyses and provide recommendations for process harmonization and simplification across regions.\n\nEnsure legal and policy compliance related to working time, accruals, absences, and data retention.\n\nTechnical Solution Ownership-\nDesign, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA Time Management (PT), including schemas, rules, time valuation, work schedules, and master data dependencies.\n\nImplement technical changes and coordinate development activities with external and internal teams.\n\nEvaluate, test, and deploy SAP Notes, transport requests, and configuration adjustments.\n\nOversee system integrations (Payroll, PA/OM, BTP, external workforce onboarding, interfaces).\n\nOperational Excellence & DevOps-\nManage day-to-day application operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.\n\nConduct thorough testing, regression analysis, and quality assurance for changes, upgrades, and releases.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, such as data cleanup, process automation, and S/4HANA simplification adoption.\n\nPrepare documentation, guidelines, and training materials for users and stakeholders.\n\nFunctional Requirements -\nStrong understanding of HRTime Management processes, including time valuation, working time regulations, absence management, time quotas, and country-specific compliance especially for European Country.\n\nExperience advising HR stakeholders and translating technical capabilities into actionable business solutions.\n\nAbility to model end-to-end processes and identify optimization and harmonization opportunities.\n\nTechnical Requirements-\nSolid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA(ideally H4S4) and the underlying ABAP Platform, Fiori applications, and HANA concepts.\n\nHands-on configuration experience in time schemas, PCRs, valuation rules, and PT-related tables.\n\nUnderstanding of cross-module integration with Payroll, OM, PA, and external systems.\n\nExperience with technical troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and transport handling.\n\nGeneral Skills -\nStrong analytical capabilities and structured working style.\n\nAbility to communicate clearly and confidently with both IT and business audiences.\n\nProactive mindset, ownership mentality, and willingness to drive topics independently.\n\nFluency in English\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nBe part of a global leader in digital transformation, working in a vibrant Digital Hub that values innovation, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
