Become part of our team and develop the future with us - in a global team that embraces diversity and equal opportunities.\nThe role provides Application support for SAP logistics processes, ensuring stable operations, fast incident resolution and continuous improvement across SAP EWM, Inventory Management and Stock Room Management (SAP MM-IM or/and SAP WM)\nKey Responsibilities :\nApplication support: Receive, prioritize and document incidents and service requests with impact, evidence and reproduction steps. Analyze complex warehouse and inventory issues across configuration, logs, interfaces and process dependencies.\nStandard issue resolution: Resolve user issues, authorization questions, errors and transaction problems using defined procedures and knowledge articles. Get supported by AI features for ticket handling support.\nCross-team coordination: Work with cross teams to resolve technical defects, interface failures and performance issues.\nProblem management: Being able to early identify recurring issues and define PDCA to able to resolve problems\nChange and release support: Support approved fixes, configuration changes, testing, transport preparation, release activities and cutover support.\nOperational excellence: Maintain runbooks, support documentation and knowledge base articles to improve first-time resolution and system stability.\nEscalation management: Escalate to Level 3 or development teams where required, providing full diagnostics, evidence and business impact assessment.\nRequired Qualifications :\nSeveral years of experience in SAP application support, preferably in logistics, warehouse management or inventory management environments.\nGood functional knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP MM-IM and SAP SRM Stock Room Management (or Warehouse Management (SAP WM)), including inbound, outbound, stock movements, inventory handling and warehouse execution.\nStrong experience with ITSM processes, ticket handling, incident management, change management and structured troubleshooting.\nBasic technical understanding of SAP logs, jobs, interfaces, IDocs, RFCs and integration monitoring.\nBasic understanding, monitoring and error handling for APIs, Kafka streams, BTP and debugging\nStrong analytical skills, customer orientation and clear communication in English.\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with MES or other Level 3 system integrations connected to warehouse and inventory processes.\nGerman, Spanish or Mandarin\nWHAT WE OFFER\n Be part of a global leader in digital transformation, working in a vibrant Digital Hub that values innovation, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
