Become part of our team and develop the future with us - in a global team that embraces diversity and equal opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFunctional\n\nProvide L2/L3support for SAP TM solutions: Freight agreement management, transportation planning, transportation execution, freight settlement and charge calculation\n\nConfigure and maintain transportation management master data (locations, means of transport, schedules, lanes, equipment types, etc.)\n\nManage integration touchpoints with SD, MM, EWM/WM, and Logistics Execution\n\nPerform root cause analysis for recurring functional issues and propose permanent fixes\n\nTechnical\n\nDebug and troubleshoot ABAP code, BAdIs, user exits, and enhancement points specific to TM\n\nBuild/support interfaces (IDoc, SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, EDI) between TM, carriers, and third-party logistics systems\n\nSupport Fiori apps and OData services used in TM solutions\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot background jobs and resolve interface failures\n\nSupport outputs, print forms (Adobe Forms/SmartForms) for freight documents, BOLs, and carrier communication\n\nAssist with authorization (PFCG roles) issues related to TM transactions\n\nAMS / Service Delivery\n\nManage tickets (incidents, service requests, minor enhancements/CRs) within agreed SLAs using ITSM tools (ServiceNow)\n\nFollow ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes\n\nPerform impact analysis and regression testing for patches, support packs, and change requests\n\nMaintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, and support documentation\n\nParticipate in on-call rotation and provide go-live/hypercare support as needed\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, EWM, Basis, PI/CPI) to resolve integrated issues\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\n5-7 years of SAP TM experience, including at least one full support or implementation cycle on S/4HANA embedded TM\n\nStrong hands-on configuration experience in TM (freight order/booking, charge management, and settlement, etc.)\n\nWorking ABAP debugging skills; ability to read/trace code and identify root cause, provide resolution without necessarily being a full-time developer\n\nExperience with interface technologies: IDoc, EDI, SAP PI/PO or Integration Suite (CPI)\n\nFamiliarity with SD/MM/EWM integration points relevant to transportation processes\n\nExperience working in an AMS/support model with defined SLAs and ticketing tools\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting mindset\n\nPreferred / Good to Have\n\nSAP TM or S/4HANA Logistics certification\n\nExposure to Fiori/UI5 apps and OData services\n\nExperience with carrier integration platforms or telematics/track-and-trace tools\n\nBasic knowledge of Adobe Forms/SmartForms\n\nPrior experience in freight/logistics or 3PL industry domain\n\nEducation\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field\n\nSoft Skills\nClear communicator, comfortable interfacing directly with business stakeholders on support calls\n\nOwnership mindset for ticket resolution and documentation\n\nAbility to prioritize under SLA pressure across multiple concurrent issues\n\nTeam player, comfortable in a distributed/cross-timezone support model\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\n Be part of a global leader in digital transformation, working in a vibrant Digital Hub that values innovation, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
