You will lead control system lifecycle and migration efforts, guide maintenance strategies for automation assets, and collaborate closely with the Operations, Technology, and Maintenance teams to deliver consistent reliability and enable future improvements.\nAs a Senior Control Systems Engineer, you create chemistry by...\nLeading configuration, preventive maintenance, hardware/software support, and overall administration of all control systems within the Acrylic Acid units, this includes programming HMI, DCS and (Safety) PLCs using function block diagrams, ladder logic, and sequential function charts.\nSupporting daily operations by troubleshooting, tuning, and optimizing PID control loops, including leading root cause failure analyses and implementing corrective actions for control system issues.\nSupporting capital and maintenance projects involving control system interfaces through the design, implementation, and commissioning phases, including serving as the Manufacturing Representative or MOC Coordinator for selected projects\nDeveloping long-term control system lifecycle plans for the unit in alignment with the Operations and Asset Management teams.
