Become part of our team and develop the future with us - in a global team that embraces diversity and equal opportunities.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as a techno-functional expert for SAP S/4HANA EAM, bridging maintenance business requirements and SAP standard solution design.\n\nDesign, configure, and enhance end-to-end EAM processesaligned with SAP standards, such as 9-phase maintenance model, planning bucketsand capacity-oriented planning.\n\nDefine and implement Fiori-first, role-based user experiencesfor planners, supervisors, and technicians using SAP standard Fiori apps and targeted extensions.\n\nContribute to the design and integration of SAP Field Service Management (FSM)for mobile execution, dispatching, and technician enablement.\n\nSupport SAP Asset Performance Management (APM)use cases such as condition-based and predictive maintenance.\n\nPerform requirements engineering(workshops, process analysis, gap identification) and translate business needs into SAP standard-oriented solution concepts(incl. RICEFW and integration scenarios).\n\nCollaborate closely with ABAP, Fiori/UI5, integration, and DevOps teamsto ensure end-to-end delivery.\n\nSupport testing activities (unit, integration, UAT), deployments, and 2nd/3rd-level operation and change managementas well as data migration\n\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in IT, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.\n\nLeast 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM S/4HANAwith solid knowledge of SAP customizing and integration with MM, FI/CO, and PS.\n\nStrong functional knowledge of EAM S4 maintenance and asset management processes.\n\nProven experience with SAP Fiori apps and role-based UX concepts.\n\nGood understanding of SAP Field Service Management and/or Asset Performance Management.\n\nTechnical understanding of ABAP, enhancements, interfaces, and Fiori/UI5, enabling effective collaboration with development teams.\n\nExperience in agile / DevOps delivery modelsand international environments.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, and analytical skills with a focus on standardization and sustainability.\n\nStrong communication and fluent in English.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nBe part of a global leader in digital transformation, working in a vibrant Digital Hub that values innovation, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
