Support the talent pipeline processes through gathering of local market talent insights, managing sourcing/recruitment channels, creating internal candidate data pools, and supporting recruitment campaigns and marketing activities.\nSupport internal / external candidate relocation (secondment, delegation, domestic relocation, repatriation etc) and coordinate all related activities to ensure smooth transition while in compliance with legal legislation.\nBuild and maintain a pool of potential candidates, managing relationships with them to ensure a strong talent pipeline.\nProvide market insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies.\nTrack and report key metrics, such as the number of candidates sourced, conversion rates, etc\nProcess Improvement and Project Initiatives\nIdentify process improvement, automation and digitalization opportunities, prepare business case and participate in digitalization and process optimization implementation.\nContinuously review and maintain knowledge documents in areas of expertise to develop the formation of competence hub.\nRequirements\nEducation\nMinimum graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology\nWorking Experience\nWith 4-5 years working experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing.\nPreferably experience and familiar working with a world-class HR system (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday).\nProficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job portals).\nExperience working in large, diverse teams and able to communicate with different levels.\nProven ability to resolve process-related issues.\nTechnical & Professional Knowledge\nUnderstanding of HR principles/Employment Laws.\nFunctional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint.\nFluent in spoken and written English.
