At BASF, careers develop from opportunities.\nObjectives of the Position\nSupport end-to-end recruitment for the Global Business Services in the Global Hub.\nYou are responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from building a sourcing strategy, candidates sourcing, interview scheduling, offer management and onboarding stages, while developing and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders.\nContinuously look for process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to offer best service delivery experience. \nResponsibilities\nOperational Excellence\nAccountable for recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, offer management, pre-hiring activities, satisfaction survey, onboarding, personnel record creation and maintenance.\nCollaborate with multiple parties to develop and deliver recruitment strategy and framework suited for the service recipients. Support the talent pipeline processes through gathering of local market talent insights, managing sourcing/recruitment channels, creating internal candidate data pools, and supporting recruitment campaigns and marketing activities.\nSupport internal / external candidate relocation (secondment, delegation, domestic relocation, repatriation etc) and coordinate all related activities to ensure smooth transition while in compliance with legal legislation.\nBuild and maintain a pool of potential candidates, managing relationships with them to ensure a strong talent pipeline.\nProvide market insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies.\nTrack and report key metrics, such as the number of candidates sourced, conversion rates, etc\nProcess Improvement and Project Initiatives\nIdentify process improvement, automation and digitalization opportunities, prepare business case and participate in digitalization and process optimization implementation.\nContinuously review and maintain knowledge documents in areas of expertise to develop the formation of competence hub.\nRequirements\nEducation\nMinimum with bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.\nWorking Experience\nWith 5-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.\nExperience working in large, diverse teams and able to communicate with different levels.\nExposure to diversity, equity and inclusion hiring practices.\nProven experience in managing multiple complex requisitions, direct-sourcing and passive-candidate engagement capability..\nTechnical & Professional Knowledge\nStrong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, market mapping, candidate assessment, offer management, and employment laws.\nProficiency in ATS system (SuccessFactors, Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, Naukri and other job portals).\nAbility to use recruitment data to monitor time-to-fill, sourcing conversion, interview conversion, offer acceptance and offer-to-join ratios.\nFluent in spoken and written English.
