This role supports strategic initiatives like DASH, workforce planning, and predictive TA cost reporting, ensuring TA decisions are data-backed and audit-ready.\nMain Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities\nReporting & Analytics\nExtract and validate recruitment data from SAP, SFSF, and HR4U.\nMaintain standard reports (e.g. monthly dashboards, SLA tracking, funnel metrics).\nConsolidate data to support predictive cost reporting and workforce planning.\nFlag discrepancies, ensure data accuracy, and liaise with TA Ops and HRIS teams for corrections.\nProject & Initiative Support\nProvide data and reporting support to initiatives like DASH, Hiring Dashboard, or audit reviews.\nTrack and update data-related SOPs and ensure documentation is audit-compliant.\nAssist in testing system enhancements, UAT, or changes related to TA reporting.\nDocumentation & SOPs\nMaintain process documents and definitions for all TA reporting and dashboards.\nEnsure audit traceability in data extracts, reporting formulas, and dashboard logic.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nLiaise with TA Partners, C&B, Finance, HRIS, and external vendors as needed.\nPrepare presentation decks for leadership (e.g., Hiring Performance Reviews).\nSupport data inputs required for internal/external audits.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field.\n1-3 years of experience in HR operations or reporting.\nProficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.\nFamiliar with SAP, SuccessFactors (SFSF), and HR systems (e.g. HR4U).\nDetail-oriented and confident handling large datasets.\nFunctional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint.\nBASF has been present in Malaysia since 1989, and operates a manufacturing plant in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
