As Team Lead Internal and External Communications, you give the Surventis brand its voice. You lead a team of communications specialists while staying hands-on yourself: from developing communication strategies and key messages to advising leaders and managing critical communications. You report directly to the Head of Global Communications.\nYou lead and develop our global specialists for Media Relations and Internal & Change Communications, owning the team's performance and development.\nYou develop and implement communication strategies, plans and content that support our business priorities.\nYou guide and support the Surface Treatment Communications Lead in shaping and rolling out communications globally.\nYou create, review and publish high-quality internal and external communications across a range of channels.\nYou define media relations strategies, identify relevant stories and actively shape our engagement with the media.\nYou drive internal and change communications and act as a trusted sparring partner for leaders.\nYou serve as spokesperson in crisis situations and coordinate One Voice statements.\nWHAT YOU OFFER\ndegree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field \nseveral years of experience in internal and external communications in an international corporate environment, including change, transformation and restructuring communications\nability to translate corporate strategy into compelling narratives, clear messages and effective communication measures\nstrong advisory skills and proven experience working with leaders and stakeholders at all levels\nexperience leading international teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects\nstrong strategic thinking, political awareness and intercultural competence\nstructured, pragmatic way of working and the ability to set priorities and drive change in a dynamic environment\nexcellent German and English skills\nWHAT WE OFFER\nMaternity leave cover - fixed-term for one year, option to extend.
