To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: Build Your Career on Our Standalone Transformation).\nIn your new position, you lead our global team of functional controllers and provide direction for functional controlling across the organization.\nYou forecast, control, report, manage and budget overall SG&A costs across all departments in the CEO and CFO areas, including IT & Digital, Global Marketing, Strategy, Procurement, HR and Legal.\nTogether with the leadership teams of our functional departments, you actively steer costs and ensure adherence to agreed budgets.\nYou harmonize cost accounting and cost steering across all functions and work closely with Business Controlling to ensure effective cost controlling across all countries.\nThere’s always room for improvement! Last but not least, you establish a continuous improvement culture to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of functional controlling.\nWHAT YOU OFFER\nuniversity degree in business administration, finance, accounting, controlling or a comparable field\n\nseveral years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally in an international environment, combined with leadership experience\n\nstrong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost and performance accounting as well as cost steering\n\nexcellent English skills as well as confident use of standard MS Office applications;
