Become part of our team and develop the future with us - in a global team that embraces diversity and equal opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPower Apps, Dataverse & Application Support\nSupport and further develop existing Microsoft Power Apps, including the Mercury Mapping App and the Mercury Enablement Compass App.\nShadow current development activities and build up technical knowledge before the July app V3.0 go-live.\nDesign, update, and maintain Dataverse tables, data structures, relationships, and schemas.\nImplement Power Apps logic, Power Fx formulas, business rules, and technical enhancements.\nSupport content and data maintenance, especially for larger uploads, structural updates, or changes requiring technical adjustments.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and ensure stable, scalable, and user-friendly app performance.\nAutomation, AI & Reporting\nIdentify opportunities to improve or replace manual routines through Power Automate, AI capabilities, or other Microsoft 365 automation options.\nSupport automated mail send-outs, notifications, data flows, and integration with relevant source systems.\nCreate and maintain reporting views, dashboards, or activity trackers to support steering of learning and enablement activities.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and transparency across tools, reports, and learning operations processes.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Documentation\nTranslate business and enablement requirements into practical technical solutions.\nCollaborate closely with SUE, IT, data owners, and functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.\nDocument app structures, data models, process flows, technical decisions, and maintenance routines.\nProvide operational support and guidance to users involved in app maintenance, learning operations, and data preparation.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.\nStrong understanding of data modelling, table structures, relationships, data quality, and app logic.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 integration, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, or similar sources.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly technical solutions.\nExperience in automation, reporting, dashboards, or process improvement using Microsoft tools.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.\nFluent English communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.\nWorking Style\nHighly precise, reliable, and execution-focused.\nComfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy technical and operational work.\nAble to work independently under tight go-live timelines and changing priorities.\nProactive in identifying improvement opportunities and pragmatic in delivering workable solutions.\nStructured, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a project environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Power BI, Azure DevOps, APIs, connectors, Power Fx, or application lifecycle management.\nUnderstanding of SAP S/4HANA end-to-end processes and their representation in SAP Signavio.\nExperience in enterprise learning, enablement operations, change management, or large transformation programs.\nFamiliarity with data protection, access concepts, and governance in enterprise environments.\nWHAT WE OFFER\n\nBe part of a global leader in digital transformation, working in a vibrant Digital Hub that values innovation, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
