From the very beginning, you will work on your own projects in which you can advance topics in the field of finance or controlling.\nYour three assignment stations of six months each as well as your later target function will be individually coordinated with you. In doing so, we consider your wishes and strengths. In each assignment station, you will familiarize yourself with the corresponding topic area, such as operational and strategic controlling, innovation controlling, business evaluations, or digitalization projects. \nAfter a short time, you will take responsibility for exciting projects or initiate them yourself. You will always have a professional contact person at your side. During the entire time of the trainee program, you will receive mentoring that will strengthen you in your professional and personal development. \nAn assignment abroad allows you to get to know a new culture and gain insights into other ways of working. In this way, you will further develop your intercultural competence and expand your global network at the same time.
