This role is accountable for safe, compliant and efficient warehousing, inventory integrity, transportation coordination, team leadership, site security, and customer-focused operational performance.\nAs a Warehouse Manager, you will...\nLead receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns and related warehouse activities.\nMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy investigation, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.\nLead, coach, schedule and develop warehouse employees and temporary labor while building a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable OSHA, DOT, EPA, California, hazardous-materials, hazardous-waste, fire-code and local requirements.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound transportation with Customer Service, Supply Chain, carriers and service providers.\nImprove warehouse layout, slotting, space utilization, material flow, productivity, quality, service and cost performance.\nServe as the primary on-site contact for operational issues, audits, inspections, security, emergency response, visitors and contractors.\nUse SAP tools to execute inventory and shipment transactions, monitor performance and resolve exceptions.\nIf you have...\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.\nAt least 7 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, including 3 years leading warehouse teams.\nExperience handling hazardous materials or operating in a regulated distribution environment.\nWorking knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP or warehouse management system.\nStrong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in automotive refinish, coatings, chemicals, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred.\nExperience managing transportation providers or third-party logistics partners preferred.\nLean Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, CSCMP, or comparable training or certification preferred.\nPrivacy statement\nSurventis takes security & data privacy very seriously.
