WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Are you ready to gain hands-on experience and play an active role in our Belgium Payroll team? As a Working Student, you'llsupport the team with payroll and post-payroll activities for our Belgian employees, gaining exposure to key areas such as social security, taxes, time management, and compensation & benefits.
Your responsibilitieswill include:
- Support the day-to-day HR administration across the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, for our employees in Belgium.
- Assistwith monthly payroll and post-payroll activities, working closely with the Payrollteam.
- Support activities related to time management, social security, taxes, and compensation & benefits.
- Maintain accurateemployee data in SAP and other HR and payroll systems.
- Assist with HR reporting and data preparation.
- Contribute to HR and payroll projects and continuous process improvements.
- Support themaintenance and improvement of internal HR and payroll documentation and knowledge resources.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Currently enrolled in a university degree or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a comparable field, with an interest in HR and Payroll.
- Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence in learning new digital tools and systems.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a careful approach to working with HR and payroll data.
- A collaborative and open-minded mindset, combined with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience with SAP or other HR systems is a plus but not required.
