You will own projects from start to finish: planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting.\nYou will work with content, design, performance, and partnerships teams to deliver campaigns that generate real leads and registrations. You will also lead offline activities like events, career fairs, and university visits, alongside digital campaigns.\nThis is a client-facing role. You will be the main marketing contact, present plans and results, and turn data into clear recommendations.\nRequirements\nMust have:\n3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with proven hands-on experience in offline marketing activities (activations, field campaigns, events, community outreach).\n\nExperience managing marketing projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and reporting.\n\nExperience preparing and managing marketing budgets.\n\nStrong ability to brief and coordinate cross-functional teams (content, design, performance, partnerships).\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken. Comfortable communicating professionally with senior client stakeholders.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.\n\nWorking knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (social media, paid campaigns, content, and analytics).\n\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
