Then you might be the one we're looking for!\nThis Is What Your Role Looks Like\nAs Business Controller, you are responsible for supporting the strategy of Basic-Fit. You'll provide valuable insights and function as a strong sparring partner to support business stakeholders in various projects. In this role, your main responsibility will be business partnership with our DACH operations, focused on further developing the Basic-Fit network in the region through both current operations and expansion via organic growth and acquisitions.\nYour Responsibilities\nPrepare and attend Business Review Meetings between operational management and the Board (CEO, CFO, COO & CCO); \nEnsure timely submission of deliverables, anticipating business issues and driving good decision-making through first-class financial and commercial analysis; \nImprove the quality of management reports and business analysis; \nBe a key player in the rolling forecast process; \nBe a liaison between the Business and the Finance department; \nIdentify and address possible business process improvements; \nProjects: contribute to various companywide projects and working groups. \nYou will be working within the Business Control team - an international team of quick-thinking financial professionals who generate high-quality analyses and advice while working closely with the business.\nWho Are You?\nYou have a curious mindset and a self-motivated, enthusiastic personality. You are able to maintain good business relations, and you're not afraid to share your opinion.\nAdditionally, we're looking for someone with:\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics (HBO/WO); \nA minimum of 3 years' working experience in Business Control; \nSelf-starter with strong team skills; \nProven problem-solving skills; \nGood communication skills with strong influencing abilities; \nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English; \nGood communication skills in German or Dutch are a plus; \nExperience in multi-site operations and selection (e.g. retail) is a big plus;\nAbility to understand and respond to business needs in a rapidly changing environment. \nWhat We Offer You\nAt Basic-Fit, it's not just about work, it's about your growth.
