The reports you build and own will be used tomorrow by people who need answers today.\nThis Is What Your Role Looks Like\nYou’ll join the central Data Platform Team as the Data Analyst for our central, cross-functional reports and for teams that don’t have an analyst of their own. You’ll work directly with the business, from the first question to a clear, finished report that people actually use. Over time, you’ll help teams take ownership of their own reports.\nIn a typical week, you might:\nown and maintain central reports that are not tied to a single team \nbuild and maintain reporting for teams without a dedicated analyst \ninvestigate data questions and ad-hoc requests from across the business \ntell the story behind the numbers and present insights in a way that supports better decisions \napply data visualisation best practices and standards to keep reports clear and consistent \nwork with Data Platform Engineers to get the right data in place in Databricks for your reports \nimprove existing reports on clarity, performance and usability \nautomate recurring reports and enable self-service \nuse AI to speed up your analysis and reporting work \nGood ideas don’t stay in slide decks here - they get built.\nThe team you’ll work with\nYou’ll be part of a multidisciplinary Data Platform Team with:\nData Platform Engineers \nAnalysts \nBI Developers \nData Scientists \nTogether, you support almost every department at Basic-Fit, enabling teams to act on reliable, well-governed data.\nWho Are You?\nYou’re curious, structured, and good at understanding what stakeholders really need. You can turn complex data into a clear story. You don’t need to tick every box. You will thrive here if most of this sounds familiar:\n3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst \nHands-on experience with Power BI, including building reports, DAX and data modelling basics \nStrong SQL skills to explore, validate and understand data \nStrong data visualisation skills and a good feel for design standards: you turn complex data into clear, consistent, actionable dashboards that follow best practices \nExperience working directly with business stakeholders and translating their needs into reports \nFlexibility to quickly get up to speed in different business areas, as you’ll support a variety of teams \nA mindset of enabling others: you like to document, automate and hand over \nAttention to detail and data quality: you validate your numbers and spot inconsistencies \nExcellent communication skills in English \nExperience with Databricks, Python or Fabric is a plus \nExperience using AI tools to speed up analysis and reporting is a plus\nWhat We Offer You\nAt Basic-Fit, it’s not just about work, it’s about your growth.
