Together, they leverage their diverse industry experience and talent to brainstorm new ideas, iterate on old ones, and create the best possible product for our customers.\nWAYS YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE\nPropose the what for product and feature areas within the Platform, supported by a well-developed why case; identify which problems are worth solving and shape the solution space. With a focus on identity graphs and identity spine, audiences, and measurement.\n\nOwn feature specification for Platform-level capabilities, defining requirements that account for cross-system complexity, downstream application impacts, and operational and technical considerations across the full Basis ecosystem.\n\nDrive hands-on validation of the most complex or ambiguous feature proposals, improving feature definition through POC testing, data analysis, and direct engineering engagement, and set the standard for how this work gets done.\n\nDrive engineering alignment on the most technically complex features and platform decisions, challenging assumptions, resolving trade-offs, and ensuring development capacity is allocated against the right priorities.\n\nIdentify and evaluate opportunities with external partners or other internal product teams, deciding what is worth building and on what terms, and own the delivery of those enhancements end-to-end.\n\nEstablish monitoring for the effectiveness of identity and audience related features , including match rates, identity stability\n\nProviding clarity to other teams on the roadmap and our plans.\n\nCreating artifacts to describe our complex ecosystem of campaign and customer data to ensure clear communication across leadership, product, design, and engineering while building a re-usable knowledge base.\n\nWorking with QA continuously to enhance the type and coverage of Platform validation.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE\n5+ years of product management experience in ad tech, identity, or martech platform-focused products\n\nStrong technical understanding of identity and addressability signals, including MAIDs, cookies, and common industry identity frameworks (e.g., UID2)\n\nExpertise in identity resolution including matching strategies, coverage/accuracy tradeoffs, and measurement impact\n\nTakes full responsibility and measures themselves in terms of the success of the product.\n\nExperience writing detailed product and technical specifications.\n\nCapable of working with engineers about technical design tradeoffs including platforms, frameworks, scalability, and performance\n\nExperience with entire development cycle or projects and doing so in a fast-paced workplace.\n\nResourceful, self-reliant, and does not monopolize the resources of the existing product team.\n\nStrong knowledge and experience with Relational Databases and SQL.\n\nPassionate about problem solving and engaging the team to arrive at a solution.\n\nCommitment to creating inclusive, learning.\n\nBONUS POINTS\nExperience building Identity products for AdTech/MarTech and applicable regional and state privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ATT).\n\nUnderstanding of
