- Conduct or coordinate quality control inspections throughout the production process.
- Maintain organized records of samples, materials, vendor information, costs, timelines, and production status.
- Support inventory planning and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Assist with costing, quantity planning, purchase orders, and production budgets.
- Coordinate final product checks, packing requirements, shipping details, and delivery schedules.
- Provide regular production updates to the Lead Fashion Designer and relevant internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in apparel production, garment manufacturing, fashion operations, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of the clothing production process, including sampling, fittings, patternmaking, grading, construction, and manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to read and work with tech packs, garment specifications, measurement charts, and bills of materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in garments and production documents.
- Experience communicating with factories, suppliers, sample rooms, and production vendors.
