The primary responsibility is to ensure the areas overseen provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nOperate indoor attractions year-round with consistency for positive guest experience.\nOperate outdoor attractions during peak season(s) with consistency for positive guest experience.\nCapable of participating in attraction operation including elevated and confined spaces.\nAvailability during nights, weekends and holidays is a must.\nPerform front desk duties such as handling credit card transactions, keeping up with a waitlist, and filling out closing paperwork.\nWiping down, sweeping and moping lanes in the bowling alley.\nStanding for extended periods of time.\nWalking regularly to ensure space is in proper use and condition.\nMaintain a clean environment for guests and associates.\nEnhance guest experience through excellent customer service.\nAssist with implementation of various activities for guests throughout all major holidays.\nPossess reliable transportation to and from workspace.\nEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent\nOutgoing personality and willingness to provide excellent customer service to guests\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: \nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
