Ability to write reports and business correspondence\n\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from Managers, associates, customers, and the public\n\nAbility to conduct meetings and presentations to large groups\n\nProficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and electronic point of sale and inventory management systems\n\nDemonstrated strong interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, associates, customers and with the Corporate Staff\n\nDemonstrated use of Team concept of Management\n\nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:\nN/A\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nRegularly performs computer work, walks, and stands.\n\nOccasionally sits and lifts up to 50 lbs.\n\nOccasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, step stools, etc\n\nOccasionally operate machinery and/or power tools\n\nOccasionally operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment.\n\nOccasionally work in low or high temperatures\n\nOccasionally work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.\n\nOccasionally work in noisy environments\n\nOccasionally work in hazardous conditions\n\nINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:\nPerforms duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needs assessments. Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result. Regular exercise of independent judgment within accepted practices.
