Additionally, this role will assist the General Manager with administrative functions as needed.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nSupports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.\n\nActs as a brand ambassador representing the culture of the organization to drive retention and positive working environment within each department.\n\nHelps facilitate the hiring/staffing process for hourly outfitters.\n\nEnsures training completion/monitoring for location outfitters.\n\nProcesses and audits all employment actions in HRIS/Payroll/Scheduling system for hourly outfitters.\n\nMaintains “confidentiality” with all sensitive information.\n\nAssists with planning and implementing associate recognition and other activities in collaboration with the General Manager.\n\nAssists in communicating all HR related polices, practices and direction from the company.\n\nCompliance maintenance and record keeping (legal posters, notices etc.).\n\nProvides guidance and support for performance management, annual review process and succession planning for hourly outfitters.\n\nResponds and resolves first level outfitter issues. Partners with Sr. HRM or Employee Relations Department for guidance on all outfitter issues requiring escalation as appropriate.\n\nPerforms administrative duties as needed.\n\nProcesses invoices, manages expenses within Coupa.\n\nOrders and monitors store supplies.\n\nCoordinates travel for store Outfitters and leaders.\n\nALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED\n\nEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent\n\nPreferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource\n\nYears of experience: 1-3 years human resources and administrative/office experience\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: \nAbility to calculate figures, interpret and analyze data from reports.\n\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nProficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.\n\nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:\nMay require infrequent travel to help support other stores, new store events, etc.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nRegular computer work, walking, sitting, and standing.\n\nINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:\nPerforms tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
