During the order and pick-up process, process customer funds accurately and appropriately, while explaining additional company services and processes.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide legendary customer experience for every customer and promote company programs\nPlace orders on behalf of the customer in store, to get an item that may not be available in the store at the time\nReceive In-Store Pick-Up orders that arrive in store from the Distribution Centre\nCall customers to inform them that their orders have arrived\nHandle questions about how the In-Store Pick-Up process works to ensure the customer is well informed\nProcess gift card sales through the point-of-sale system to create In-Store Pick-Up orders\nUse current Point-of-Sale and Inventory (SAP) systems to accurately and appropriately complete customer transactions following all policies including those requiring checking for identification and age requirements; knowledge of how to process debit, credit cards, etc\nRespond and handle customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope\nAssist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate\nQualifications:\nOne or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred\nAbility to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations\nAbility to use good judgment and logic\nA Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required;
