This multi-function role partners with the sales floor, receiving teams and retail leadership in order to maintain inventory accuracy, promote replenishment and sales while mitigating merchandise loss and shrink for the organization. This position provides customer service support throughout the store. They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nMaintains inventory integrity and accuracy by executing on demand and prescriptive inventory cycle counts.\n\nConducts empty peg and display integrity scans within the departments and completes appropriate inventory adjustments to maintain in stocks and replenishment.\n\nInvestigates and reconciles all inventory variance reports including but not limited to negative on hand review, aged in transit, purchase order discrepancies, etc.\n\nReviews and distributes price change reports to department leadership. Completes inventory review and adjustments based on returned reports as needed.\n\nCommunicates opportunities / issues / discrepancies with Store Leadership for review and resolution.\n\nProvides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by:\nidentifying and evaluating customers' needs,\n\nmaking product recommendations based off of this analysis, promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up\n\nALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED\n\nEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent\n\nYears of experience: Two\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: \nAbility to use System Two, RF/Gizmo devices and DOMO reporting.\n\nAbility to generate and analyze inventory reporting.\n\nAbility to process and organize information.\n\nAbility to write reports and effectively present information from findings to management.\n\nAbility to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and inventory accuracy.\n\nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:\nN/A\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to use ladders and/or lifts\n\nRegular computer work, walking, sitting, and standing.\n\nOccasional lifting up to 50 lbs.\n\nINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:\nPerforms duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needs assessments. Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result. Regular exercise of independent judgment within accepted practices.
