Inside this role you will provide world-class customer service by transporting guests to and from resort location safely and efficiently.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nGreet guests with promptness and courtesy, attending to their shuttle needs while providing exceptional customer service. \nComplete a pre-trip checklist daily to ensure the safety and functionality of the shuttle. \nMaintain cleanliness of the shuttle to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. \nLog into the shuttle app to efficiently manage shuttle operations. \nAssist guests with any needs including luggage when needed. \nAlways operate shuttle in a safe manner maintaining all traffic rules and regulations. \nALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED\nEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum Degree Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent\nMinimum Years of experience: 1-2 years commercial driving, guest driving preferred\nRequired Certificate(s) or License(s): Valid Driver’s License Class D with a passenger endorsement issued by the state of Arkansas or Valid Driver’s License Class E issued by the state of MO. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Ongoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.\nMust be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: \n Ability to operate passenger carrying vehicles safely and efficiently. \nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write pre/post trip reports and correspondence. \nAbility to effectively communicate with guests \nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. \nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:\nN/A\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nRegularly walks and sits.\nOccasionally stands and lifts up to 50 lbs.\nSeldom/never does computer work.\nAdditional Physical Requirements (Please list if applicable)\nAbility to lift and load guest luggage up to 50 lbs. \nINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:\nPerforms tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures.
