This role exhibits a high level of professionalism and legendary customer service with every caller.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nProjects a positive and professional company image.\nAnswers inbound calls and routes accordingly.\nTakes detailed and accurate notes / call back information and route to appropriate recipient.\nPlaces outbound calls as requested by staff or customers.\nHandles customer/guest inquiries and customer assistance as required.\nAssists Executives, Administrative Assistants, and other Outfitters in connecting telephone calls, conference calls, etc.\nUses diplomacy and tactful judgment in screening and potentially rerouting calls for executives and other limited-access VIPs.\nSupports inbound outfitter/associate requests as appropriate.\nSelf-monitors call times for adherence to efficiency and quality goals.\nALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED\nEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum Degree Required: High School Diploma\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY\nFriendly and effective communication skills\nExcellent speaking voice\nSuperb customer service skills\nKnowledge of switchboards and phone systems\nAble to respond quickly and provide effective customer service in a fast-paced environment\nHigh integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality\nStrong attention to detail\nCalm under pressure or in conflict\nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:\nN/A\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nRegular computer work, and sitting\nOccasional walking, standing, and lifting\nINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:\nPerforms tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
