As a DC Outfitter, you'll put your physical stamina, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety to work helping receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship the gear our customers count on. Through cross-training across multiple departments, you'll build new skills, support your team, and help bring the outdoors to life for customers across the country.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\n· Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.\n· Perform manual and physical job duties based on Distribution Center operational needs.\n· Load or unload trailers by hand, including grills, tree stands, safes, kayaks, and other merchandise.\n· Use scanners to read barcodes on labels and products.\n· Fill customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching products to order requirements.\n· Stock merchandise to ensure product availability.\n· Pack customer orders for shipment.\n· Select and verify products for fulfillment and route them to the next area or prepare them for shipment.\n· Assign and maintain pick locations based on operational reports.\n· Sort merchandise as appropriate.\n· Process, ticket, and sort merchandise for retail locations.\n· Process customer returns.\n· Clean and repair different reel models and determine warranty eligibility when applicable.\n· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\n· Support other operational areas and special projects as needed.\n· Perform all other duties as assigned.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:\n· Commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy.\n· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\n· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n· Ability to follow established processes and meet productivity standards.\n· Strong communication and teamwork skills.\n· Willingness to learn new skills through cross-training and support multiple operational areas.\n· Ability to work accurately with numbers and inventory-related information.\n· Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory overtime when scheduled.\nEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:\nMust be 18 years of age.\n· Availability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime, when scheduled.\nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:\nNo travel is required for this position.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\n· Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climbing up and down step ladders throughout the shift.\n· Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.\n· Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment.\n· Ability to maintain productivity while working safely in a fast-paced environment.\n· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nRequired to work indoors in a non-climate-controlled environment.\nINDEPENDENT JUDGMENT:\nPerforms tasks and duties under direct supervision, following established policies and procedures.
