In addition, this position will also support the team’s digital advertising objectives through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and related pixel and digital ad connectivity to brand sites.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nWebsite management including design, content generation and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP\nCollaborate with IT departments and third-party web and technology partners to maintain successful SEO \nCollaborate with other hospitality departments to maintain content needs on websites; property events, leisure sales promotions, etc. \nStay educated and in-tune with new website trends in design and functionality\nMonitor site analytics for all hospitality brands in GA4 by creating and maintaining relevant reports for tracking KPIs in GA4 and making improvements based on findings\nAnalyze relevant metrics and data and provide regular reports to Director of Marketing and Leadership Team\nThorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, working primarily in a Macintosh environment \nBring concepts to life by creating strong digital visual messages with a targeted purpose\nThorough understanding of digital ad specs and UTM links \nProofread web content for grammar and spelling accuracy\nAdditional Responsibilities\nDevelop annual website and digital marketing plan to accompany the overall hospitality marketing plan. \nUse cloud-based operating systems to store and organize information. \nProvide superior service to our customers (both internal and external), while upholding service standards \nMust possess a sense of urgency and be solutions oriented and/or approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset\nTravel to other properties as needed\nOther duties as assigned\nEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree\nBachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Website Development, Graphic Arts, Computer Science, Communications or related field \n4+ years in website/design related field \nAnalytical skills required \nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:\nDesign, develop, and maintain engaging, user-friendly websites that align with brand standards and business objectives\nCreate, update, and manage website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and an optimal user experience\nUtilize WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to support website functionality, enhancements, and troubleshooting\nDevelop digital content and creative assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS-based design tools\nMonitor website performance and user engagement through Google Analytics and recommend improvements\nCollaborate with marketing, operations, and corporate teams to support digital marketing initiatives and business goals\nManage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment while meeting deadlines\nProduce clear, effective written content tailored to target audiences across web and digital channels\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers by understanding and addressing their needs\nAnalyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve website performance, content effectiveness, and user experience\nApply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital solutions and enhance online engagement\nEnsure all digital content and website updates comply with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and quality expectations\nDemonstrate strong organizational, communication, and project management skills while contributing as a collaborative team member\nSupport continuous improvement efforts through data-driven decision-making, customer feedback, and emerging web technologies\nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:\nSeldom/Never\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nRegularly sitting, standing, walking, and doing computer work\nSeldom/Never lifting up to 50 lbs\nINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:\nPerforms duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives.
