This varied role combines workshop scheduling, administration, customer service and fleet compliance. It is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in a workshop, dealership, garage, fleet or transport environment.\nAbout the role\nWorking with the Workshop Manager and technicians, you will coordinate servicing, MOTs, inspections and repairs, while maintaining accurate records and keeping customers informed.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nManaging workshop bookings, job cards and service records.\nProviding customers with clear and timely updates.\nSupporting estimates, authorisations, invoicing and warranty work.\nOrdering parts and monitoring stock and consumables.\nMaintaining compliance records and supporting audits.\nHelping to coordinate technician workloads and workshop priorities.\nDeputising for the Workshop Manager when required and undertaking relevant Operator’s Licence training.\nAbout you\nYou may currently work as a Service Advisor, Workshop Administrator, Fleet Administrator, Transport Administrator, Maintenance Planner or Parts and Warranty Administrator.\nYou will bring:\nExperience or knowledge of workshop, fleet, vehicle servicing or transport administration.\nStrong organisation and customer service skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nConfidence using digital systems and maintaining accurate records.\nAn understanding of vehicle safety and compliance, or a willingness to learn.\nThe ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with others.\nPractical experience is just as valuable as formal qualifications.
