We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager who can effectively plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end implementation projects. You’ll be responsible for aligning customer expectations with Basware’s delivery methodology, driving execution excellence, and ensuring a smooth transition into steady-state operations.\nIn this role, you’ll work as part of an international delivery team, managing cross-functional resources, coordinating with Sales, Solution Consultants and Solution Architects, and maintaining close alignment with Product and Customer Success teams. You’ll act as a trusted customer advocate, ensuring that client needs are understood, communicated, and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. With a customer-first mindset, you’ll\nchampion value realization, proactive communication, and continuous improvement- helping customers achieve success while strengthening long-term relationships with Basware\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of Basware implementation and integration projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.\nAct as the primary customer contact during project execution, building trust and ensuring alignment with client goals.\nDevelop detailed project plans, manage schedules, track milestones, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.\nIdentify risks early, develop mitigation plans and manage issues to maintain the project health.\nMonitor project financials including budgets, forecasts, and margins: ensure adherence to the contractual terms.\nEnsure projects meet internal audit requirements, and compliance standards.\nWork closely with solution consultants, solution architects, customer support and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handover to operations.\nContributes to refining project delivery methodologies, standardized templates, and best practices across the professional services organization.\n *Flexible shift timings*\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology/Computer Science, Business, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks and delivery best practices in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.\nDemonstrated experience (at least 5-8 years) in managing end-to-end implementation projects, preferably in finance automation, ERP or enterprise solutions.\nProject Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable.\nStrong customer advocacy and relationship management skills, with a track record of driving customer satisfaction and adoption\nExcellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.\nExperience working in a global delivery model, collaborating across time zones and cultures.\nExperience with AI tools, frameworks, or applications is considered a strong asset. \nWe highly value candidates who demonstrate curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to explore and incorporate AI-driven technologies into their work.
