You must thrive in working as a team in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of Basware implementation and integration projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.\nAct as the primary customer contact during project execution, building trust and ensuring alignment with client goals.\nDevelop detailed project plans, manage schedules, track milestones, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.\nIdentify risks early, develop mitigation plans and manage issues to maintain the project health.\nMonitor project financials including budgets, forecasts, and margins: ensure adherence to the contractual terms.\nEnsure projects meet internal audit requirements, and compliance standards.\nWork closely with solution consultants, solution architects, customer support and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handover to operations.\nContributes to refining project delivery methodologies, standardized templates, and best practices across the professional services organization.\n Basic Qualifications\n4+ years’ project management experience delivering projects for external customers, including 2+ years for senior level \nProven experience implementing SaaS applications \nBachelor or Master´s degree preferred \nOther Qualifications and attributes\nExcellent organisation, time management, and presentation skills \nExperience presenting at Executive Steering Committee meetings \nAdvance Consultative selling and negotiation skills \nExperience working in a global matrix organisation with geographically distributed teams is an advantage \nHaving a project management certification, such as PMP or Prince 2, is preferred \nProcurement and accounts payable experience is desired, but not a must \nResourceful and able to find a path forward with minimal guidance whilst working within company processes \nSelf-starter \nCommitted to meeting objectives, results driven \nProven ability to deal with ambiguous situations \nFluent language skills in English.
